Aramara

Aramara takes its name from a pre-Hispanic word meaning 'place of waters.' For centuries, this area was part of Puerto Vallarta's ejido lands, used primarily for agriculture and cattle raising. The city's northward growth eventually reached these lands.

Modern development in Aramara began in the first decade of the 2000s when developers identified the potential to create an accessible yet well-connected residential zone. Its location between downtown Puerto Vallarta and Marina Vallarta made it a strategic point for working families.

Unlike traditional tourist zones, Aramara developed with permanent residents in mind. Projects prioritized accessible housing over luxury, attracting young professionals, families, and tourism workers seeking their first property.

Today Aramara represents Puerto Vallarta's new growth pole. Modern developments offer amenities previously only found in higher-priced areas. The zone attracts buyers who value connectivity, competitive prices, and the possibility of being part of a developing community.
